He founded JCS in 1990 and led JCS to be a multinational group company with growing businesses in various deep-tech industries. Mr Yeo holds a master’s degree in business administration from the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Danny Oh is an experienced business leader and corporate director with over 34 years of multi-disciplinary experience across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, laboratory services, safety, and geotechnics. He holds a PhD in Business Management and has a strong track record of steering corporate governance, boardroom oversight, and strategic turnarounds for public listed companies in Singapore
